Experience first.
People always.
My career has been shaped by one enduring belief. Great results come from helping people become their best.
Leadership is not a theory.
It is a responsibility.
I began my career in London's highly competitive property sector, where expectations were high and performance mattered every day.
Over the years I moved from the sales floor into senior leadership, working with individuals and teams through change, ambition and pressure. I learned that standards matter, but how you make people feel matters just as much.
Today I bring that experience into coaching and advisory work with founders, leaders, commercial teams and organisations.
Lessons learned.
Lessons lived.
Business and Marketing degree with honours.
A decade developing a career in one of the UK's most competitive sales markets.
Divisional sales leadership, including responsibility for a £42m revenue division.
Supporting leaders and teams through practical, personal coaching and advisory.
Recognition creates belief.
Early in my career, I ran a sales competition where the prize was a single coffee. The team competed with extraordinary energy, not because of the value of the prize, but because winning meant recognition.
It reinforced something I still believe. People want to feel valued, challenged and proud of what they achieve. The right leadership brings that out of them.
Real progress starts with a conversation.
